With an indelible voice and gift for songwriting that transmits a depth beyond his twenty-six years, Cory Chisel and his band, The Wandering Sons are set to bring their deep, roiling mixture of American sounds - rock and soul, gospel and folk, and more - to the East Coast for a regional residency tour this September.
Already filling 2500+ seat concert halls in his native Wisconsin, Chisel and band will appear multiple times at intimate venues in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia performing songs from "Cabin Ghosts" (Black Seal), a six-song EP recorded mostly live in a defunct bar in Chisel's hometown of Appleton, WI.
